Alec’s Truck, Trailer & RV is rapidly growing and in search of a Groundskeeper/Janitor to add to our team. Our facility is located in South Miami {Palmetto Bay area}, nestled about 45 minutes from South Beach & 45 minutes to Key Largo (the gateway to the Keys.) We are also South Florida’s Cruise America dealer, with a fleet of 40-60 units. Our ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills:

We are seeking someone who is energetic, optimistic possesses the ability to anticipate the needs of the position and execute without detailed instructions. Candidates should be honest, a team player and genuinely care about their customers and co-workers. They must also have a positive attitude and a strong desire to excel.

The candidate will perform the following duties:
* Keep lot clean at all times (including blowing leaves, picking up trash, washing RVs and all truck accessories
* Keeping showroom and bays clean and organized
* Sweeping and mopping
* Cleaning restrooms (including keeping stock in all restrooms)
* Stocking shelfs
* Emptying trash
* Dusting
And other duties as assigned.
