Description:

– Provide quality customer service to customers, sales reps, dealers, and field sales personnel.

– Schedule and book reservations

– Respond to sales and customer inquiries by evaluating each customer contact through effective questioning, doing necessary research, and using problem resolution skills to resolve issues.

– Support, communicate and provide coaching on multiple business processes, including sales programs, customer service processes, and sales systems to ensure effective customer service and problem resolution.

– Serve as sales program expert by maintaining detailed knowledge and understanding of sales programs, process guidelines, and deadlines.

– Serve as credit customer service representative, responding and resolving questions regarding program and processing questions, and quoting accurate payoff amounts.

– Communicate customer feedback as necessary to sales reps, dealers, and field sales personnel.

– Perform all activities in support of customer account administration, including responding inquiries regarding account balances/statements/refunds, account settlement activities, and commission calculations.
