107 Taste is an Asian Fusion restaurant. This is the 1st location under brand of 107 Taste, which offers authentic Asian food. We are seeking a Server to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to guests at the dining establishment.

Responsibilities:

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities
Remove guests’ dirty dishes and utensils if needed
Deliver used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning if needed
Direct guests to restrooms or exits as needed
Assist kitchen staff with preparing ingredients

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent preferred.
Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekend.
Physically able to carry 20 pounds; able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Excellent at verbal communication
Works well and efficiently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of staff and management

Compensation: $18-$22 (wage + tips)

Job: Full-time/Part-time to work at the weekday and weekends
