We are hiring 25 to 45 Customer Service Representatives to Manage customer questions, and educate customers on
Allergies, asthma, and household dust/odors. To do well in this role you need to be able to speak and listen well.

Customer Service Representatives responsibilities:

***Maintaining a positive, Empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
***Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
***Acknowledging and resolving customers needs.
***knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
***Processing order, forms, applications, and requests.
***Keeping records of customers interactions and transactions.
***Communicating and coordinating with managers as necessary.
***Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
***Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Custmer Service Representative Requirements:

***Must be nice and polite to customers at all times.
***Must Have church style, nice clothes.
***Must own vehicle and have full time use of it.

We will be interviewing Monday and Tuesday, If you’re selected for a position you can begin working
this same week.
