Milly’s is a family owned restaurant in the heart of West Kendall specializing in Venezuelan empanadas and comfort food. We are looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service

Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times

Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner

Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products

Stock and maintain designated food station(s)

Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations
