LOOKING FOR: [PART/FULL TIME] PREP COOK.

Your main responsibilities will be to make sure prep in the kitchen is done. It is good if you have some grill experience, but mostly looking for someone who is good and fast with prep work (cutting produce, fruit, making certain salads, etc.)

Responsibilities:
>Making sure produce is cut and ready to go for service (vegetables, peppers, fruit, etc.)
>Making certain salads (Tunafish, Chicken, etc.)
>Providing support to the grill-person and working with him and helping provide whatever is needed during busy hours

Some experience on the grill is good, but not necessary.

Salary: Salary will be dependent upon experience and hours.
