Qualified Pastry Cooks will have:
1-2 years experience in a well rated restaurant and/or baker experience in an established bakery plating & producing desserts
Able to work production and service
Eagerness to learn from a strong pastry team
Clear understanding of basic ratios, baking techniques, and classic desserts
Full-time availability
