Located in Davie between Nob Hill and Pine Island, just off of State Road 84, Vienna is convenient for guests to visit from anywhere in south Florida.

Vienna is open 7 days week for lunch and dinner, and offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 10 am.

Over the last 20 years, Vienna has become a local favorite, and has built a loyal following.

BUSSER:
Job Description
Vienna Wine Bar in Davie, FL is looking for a busser. We are located at 9100 W State Rd 84.

We are a high end, busy restaurant that has been open for 20 years, and our staff’s professionalism and work ethic has continued to make Vienna a staple in West Broward.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable, and hard working.

Responsibilities

Clear tables of dishes, water glasses, wine glasses, utensils after each customer
Reset tables filling napkins and condiments when needed
Refill drinks as necessary
Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station

Qualifications

Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
Great customer service skills
Experience as a busser is a plus.

HOSTESS:
The host/hostess is the first impression our guests have when walking through our doors. We are looking for someone professional, clean-cut, and friendly to join our team.

Responsibilities

Answering the phones and book reservations
Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
Estimating wait time for guests

Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Strong organizational and motivational skills

SERVER:
Responsibilities

Presenting the menu with full knowledge of ingredients. Must be able to guide guests through choosing items.
Presenting wine & cocktails, with knowledge of basic wine pairings and full knowledge of the cocktail lists and classic cocktails.
Delivering food to tables
Delivering a great customer experience

Qualifications

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to multitask efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a fine dining server.
