Immediate Opening For a Office Admin Person. You can start today.

We are a full service leasing and property management company specializing in residential single family houses and multifamily apartments. Our clients are real estate investors. They hire use to handle the operations of their properties (we market, we lease, we manage, we maintain, we make ready the lease for the next tenant and everything in between for our clients properties).

We have 3 departments: Property Management, Leasing and Maintenance.

Currently we are interviewing for the following position(s):
General Office Admin in Training – Assist with the Property Management/Leasing/Maintenance Departments
You can start today.

*Full time job 40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
*Please provide a resume or a summary of your work background and work experience.
*Have good customer service skills.
*Be honest, loyal, trustworthy and dependable.
*Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and preferred but not necessary.
*Have good communication skills verbally and writing.
*Know how to get around a computer and the internet.
*Organization is important and the ability to multitask.
*Fast learner.
*The property management software we use is Appfolio.
*Having single family and multi family property management experience is a plus.
*Having experience handling maintenance repairs and make ready’s is a plus.
*Office located in the 77084 zip code area. Location near Hwy 6 and Clay Road. Applicant should be within a 30 minute drive of office (but not necessary).
*We will teach you how to do your job our way.
*Want someone long term and a person that can grow with us$$$
*Starting out hourly rate TBD based on knowledge and experience. Increases as you prove yourself! And that is controlled by YOU!

Starting out compensation is based on knowledge and experience and communication skills $8-$12+/Hour. This is a training position. This is a career changer.
