Description

Busy LES Venue is seeking part time and full time line cooks with weekend availability. Must be able to work the grill and fryer stations. Must be available to start work immediately.

Job responsibilities:
-Preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as established company recipes
-Maintaining a clean and orderly work station and kitchen
-Receiving and unpacking deliveries
-Ensuring all food storage areas are clean and organized at all times
-Cleaning kitchen space
-Washing of dishes, pots, pans, and assorted kitchen tools

Job Requirements:
-Must be able to work weekends, holiday and overtime as required
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
-Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
-Excellent “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and great team spirit
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Minimum 3+ years experience in a high-volume concept
