Storm Tight Windows is South Florida’s premier and fastest growing Impact Window and Door company, conveniently located in Deerfield Beach. We manufacture, sell, install and service directly to the public. We are currently in need of a dynamic and energetic Inspection Sitter. The candidate must maintain a high degree of quality control and attention to aesthetic and construction details, per Storm Tight Windows and City Inspection standards. Minimum 5 years experience in Impact Window installation, service/maintenance and general construction is necessary. Previous Sitter or Inspection experience a plus. This is a 1099 position.
Essential Duties:
Maintain a positive image for Storm Tight Windows
Arrive on time and consistently perform duties
Prepare jobsite for City Inspectors
Communicate effectively and professionally with home-owners, installation crews, and City Inspectors..
Responsible for meeting home-owner needs by ensuring all installation work is complete to homeowner, company, and City satisfaction.
Must be have knowledge of NOA, read plan designs
Identifies and reports major issues to Installation Manager immediately
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years High Impact Window & Door Installation experience
Basic general contracting and carpentry skills, including drywall, stucco, and tile work
Must be detailed oriented with experience working with the installation of High Impact Windows
Must have a clean driving record, current Florida driver license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to climb a ladder and lift as much as 50 lbs.
