Position Objective:
Provide administrative support to our customers, and account manager.
Job Description – Duties – Expectations
Perform the following tasks for new business with appropriate assistance supervision from Commercial Account Manager.
• Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submissions.
• Create – Update coverage specifications.
• Maintain the accuracy of data in the agency management system.
• Prepare online quotes from various admitted carriers.
• Prepare Client proposals based on client’s needs including rates and coverage.
• Endorsements, maintain all required documentation.
• Create – Update coverage specifications.
• Protect the confidentiality of information for all clients.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Account Manager.
Other Requirements:
• High School or equivalent degree.
• Must have P & C License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
