We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified person to become our next Quality Assurance Specialist.

Coverage One Insurance Group is an independent licensed insurance agent, working nationally with national Medicare Insurance Plan Carriers.

At Coverage One Insurance Group, we rank our client experience and compliance adherence at the top of everything we do. We have a high speed, easy to use, but highly advanced quality assurance platform and procedure to ensure the quality of the client experience in multiple aspects.

You will help identify items or areas of concern and ensure our representatives are performing in an efficient, compliant, and professional manner in line with our organization’s values and commitment.

We grow from within! We are a W-2 employer and we look within the organization for new opportunities, including supervisor positions or management.

Full time work week, PTO earned after 12 months of employment. This is a great opportunity for someone with great listening skills with an analytical mind.
