Description

We are seeking a Junior Administrative/Personal Assistant for a high-profile, very busy family.

This fast-paced and sometimes challenging position requires:

– assistance with management of primary residence as well as several other residences

– assistance with management of household staff and remote property managers

– extensive hours, upfront, and frequent on call status

-the ability to remain calm in fast-moving situations

-strong research skills

-strong problem-solving skills

-strong written and verbal communication skills

-the ability to anticipate problems and make the right decision, without needing to interrupt the family

-the ability to create and document systems for household operations

-assistance with management of daily household life (groceries, shopping, meals, etc.)

-providing concierge-style services (manage travel, guests, activities)

-managing budgets for the household, minimizing expenses, etc.

-overseeing care for an elderly family member

While this is a fast-paced, dynamic position, the family is very grounded and down to earth and seeks this in their new assistant.

This is a salaried position. Looking for experienced candidates with a strong professional track record and desire to make a long-term commitment. We are open to consider successful people from any industry.
