Kosher Restaurant Moroccan French Cuisine is looking for the perfect duo.

KITCHEN HELPER: Under the supervision of the Chef , the employee will be responsible for preparing food as instructed, must be competent in the grill. $14 to $20 per hour.

DISHWASHER: washing pots, pans and dishes, stocking, cleaning and assisting staff in kitchen area and other duties as assigned. $9 to $15 per hour.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or equivalent
Previous kitchen experience
Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and equipment
Clean as assigned following proper procedures
Unload supplies and small equipment from storeroom area and pot area
Standardized recipes for assigned food items
Prepare correct number of food portions as assigned by the head Chef
Utilize proper equipment and utensils
Take corrective action if temperatures of food items are not achieved correctly
Replenish tray line food as needed
Promote, establish and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and customers
Set up dining room if needed
Provide quality customer service
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness in a safe manner
Willingness to perform others duties as required
