Colonia Verde is currently looking for awesome people to join their team! We have available positions as servers for brunch and dinner, backwaiters/food runners, and hosts.

We are a latin american restaurant with a strong natural wine program. We’ve been open for almost six years and are well established in the Fort Greene neighborhood.

At this time we are practicing and upholding COVID-19 safety precautions to keep staff and the community we serve safe, that is our top priority during these times.

-We have set up hand sanitizer stations by our front door and all service stations.
-As an employee you will be provided with protective gear at no cost to you, disposable mask and gloves to change often and freely.
-We are providing socially distant table side service and ask that guests wear a mask when commutating with staff.
-we are sanitizing all door handles and high touch areas thoroughly and often
-disposing of all paper menus after single use
-tables and chairs are sanitized between seatings.

Shifts are as follows:
In times are 30 minutes before service

Lunch 11-4pm Tuesday- Friday
Brunch 10am- 3:30pm
Dinner- 5pm- 10 pm Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday night
5-11pm Friday & Saturday

*last call for BAR is usually done 30 minutes after the kitchen closes
** we’re close on Mondays.
