We are looking for a high-energy candidate with a passion for exceptional customer service!

We have a small office in the Loop with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. This is a Full-Time Opportunity for a dedicated team-player who has a positive attitude, initiative, and exceptional hustle.

During this pandemic transition period we are being mindful of our Team’s safety and flexible on when to return to our office. Currently, we are staffing the office with only 1 employee from our Operations/Customer Service Team per day. Our new Team Member will be training in the office more in the initial weeks and then working from home 2-3 days per week, until the next phase in our transition.

The position is for a Legal Clerk/Researcher/CSR who will have the opportunity to cross-train and contribute with Online Research, Customer Service and General Duties; and who will occasionally visit the Circuit Court.
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for career development, advancement, and long-term stability.

Experience reading Court Dockets, Legal Clerking, Corporate Filings or Real Estate Abstracting are a plus.
Attention to detail is imperative. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are a must, as are excellent written and oral communication skills. Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM (tested in interviews).

Starting hourly pay is $16.50 – $17.75/hour, depending on experience.
