Willburg Cafe is looking talented and experienced individuals to join us.

Shift Lead/Supervisor:
He/she will be responsible for contributing to and leading Willburg Cafe’ small team regarding managing all aspects of the restaurant. He/she has to be an enthusiastic leader, a quick thinker, a problem-solver a skilled communicator and a motivator.

This position requires: opening and closing the restaurant, supervising and training staff, overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies, and handling customer inquires. Also, ideal candidate must be experienced barista who has strong latte art skills (no training available at this time) and is also able to assist with serving tables when required. We offer insurance after 90 days and revenue based bonuses addition to competitive pay and tips

Counter Person:
We are also looking for an experienced counter person who has worked in a fast paced venue with table service, and has the ability to multi task.
Must be punctual and reliable
Part Time and Full Time Available – weekends are a must
Experienced making espresso drinks with latte art skills (required)
Full time work available for the right candidate.

Lead Line Cook:
Also we are looking for a professional Line Cook who can help prepare meals as per our standard recipes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating meal portions, cleaning food, cooking meals and keeping a sanitized work area. We are seeking an individual who has at least 4-5 years’ experience in the food service industry and is committed to IMPECCABLE food presentation and creativity. We are seeking someone who can follow directions and lead. Independent brunch restaurant experience is a big plus.
