Description

We’re looking for a dependable and reliable Leasing Agent who has good personality and is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of 62 units apartments close to Hobby Airport.
The candidate will work with the Property Manager and help navigate the complex nature of the property market and resident questions.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing the property by answering potential resident questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities.
Conducting application and screening process.
Completing leasing agreement and collect rental deposit.
Being knowledgeable of current market conditions, property management standards, and leasing requirements.
Being knowledgeable of leasing terms, specifications, and all community policies.
Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, and all amenities of property.
Responsible to play an active role in the renewal process.
Responding to questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and assist Property Manager with the collection of delinquent rents.

Experience
A minimum 1-year experience in residential property management or related field.
Understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Experience leasing multi-family or single-family homes.
Ability to close sale

Skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills with Bilingual is a plus!!
Strong relationship building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Compensation
$ 14 – $16/hr – Depending on Experience
Additional bonus available depending on performance
