Professional Servers- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus.

Food runners and Expo — Minimum 1year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Experienced Bartenders — Minimum 1year experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Bartender Apprentices — Minimum 1year experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Server Assistants– Minimum 1year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Host/Hostess — Minimum 1year experience. Must be willing to learn. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Hot and Cold Kitchen Cooks: (sautéed, Grill, fryer, hot/cold prep) — Minimum 1year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Dishwashers — Minimum year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Bi-lingual is a plus.
