We are the Farmers Insurance – Cesar Pineda Agency located in South Norwalk, CT. We are one of the newest and most exciting bilingual agencies in Norwalk and all of Fairfield County. We are looking to expand our team and build on all the accomplishments we have achieved in a short span of time. At this time we are looking for an ambitious individual who is motivated, dependable and honest and is looking for a long term career in the insurance industry. (Career Paths available)

The available position is: Sales Producer

Desired traits include:

– Property & Casualty License (Life & Health license a +)

– Sales experience preferred

– Excellent customer service

– Ability to work at a fast pace and in an efficient manner

– A good personality and the ability to work independently or follow instructions

– Energetic (niche hobbies and involvement in their community a +)

– Willing to learn and improve everyday

– Multilingual (Spanish Speaker preferred)

Responsibilities include:

-Seeking sales opportunities through various methods (always sticking to State and company guidelines and regulations) These may include but not be limited to, warm and cold calling, participating in marketing events, working lead lists, developing referral networks, etc.)

-Developing systems for follow up and appointment seeking to work with the clients needs and schedules.

-Have a thorough understanding of important coverages and endorsements that fit individual client’s needs.

-Being able to educate clients and prioritize smart coverage at all times.

-Flexibility to help existing clients with issues that may arise on or after the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
