Condominium in Miami Lakes currently interviewing for BILINGUAL janitorial / maintenance MAN with experience in handling duties for an association. The position is outdoors and requires strength.

Janitorial duties include cleaning catwalks / residential floors, parking areas, trash dumpster rooms – 75% of duties are janitorial.

Maintenance duties include minor landscape, blower, canvassing street for trash and palms, touch up painting, changing lightbulbs/fixtures. Maintenance duties are 25% of job. Occasional pressure cleaning, touch up painting and other small projects are assigned to reach 8 hour daily work schedule. 40 hours per week at this property.

Pay at this property is $12.00 per hour.

Must have at least 3-5 years prior work experience in a similar role.

Both English and Spanish is required.

Must possess strong work ethic and attention to detail. Looking for candidates who take pride in their work and keep themselves busy.

Priority given to candidates who reside near Miami Lakes.

Work Hours 7:00am – 3:30pm

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Days Off: Weekends

Must have a car or reliable transportation.
