Family owned bar and restaurant, Brooklyn Ice House, in Red Hook is seeking self motivated person that has at least three years experience as line cook in preping foods to a standard in a fast paced environment. The menu is rather small and typical bar fare (burgers, fries, wings, chili, pulled pork sandwiches,etc).

Need someone who has food protection certificate. Must be self motivated, works well by themselves, keep station clean and can work hard and prep/support for the next employee’s shift. Friday day 9-5
Sunday night 4-12
Monday night 4-12

Please note that job is in Red Hook which is difficult to commute to. Preferred you live close or have reliable transportation.
