Description

We are looking for a talented and energetic line cook for an upscale Italian restaurant. Our dishes are true to classic Roman/Italian cuisine and are an integral part of our well-established restaurant. This role will allow you the opportunity to work with a European-trained chef and a close-knit team, cooking from scratch. This is a great opportunity to expand your culinary skills.

We are a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been proudly serving Orlando since 1980.

Shifts are typically Tuesday-Saturday for evening dinner service.

Responsibilities:

Stock and set up kitchen station
Process customer orders
Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
Clean up station at the end of the shift
Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
Maintain a clean and food-safe environment

Qualifications:

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work precisely under pressure
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Fine dining experience is preferred, but not required
