We are a modern Mexican restaurant, looking for an experienced line cook.

Must be available to work PM shifts
Must be available to work weekends

Must be:
QUICK, CLEAN, EFFICIENT, ULTRA ORGANIZED, CONSISTENT, CAN DEMONSTRATE SENSE OF URGENCY and YOU HAVE KNIFE SKILLS.

Must have:

Experience in high-speed, high volume, high consistency kitchens.
Interested in being an integral part of our growth process by working with, not for, the leadership team.
Ability to move and work neatly, quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment.

A firm understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and health department standards.
Reliable
Extremely clean, organized.
Able to multitask.
NYC food handlers permit is a plus
A minimum of 2 years NYC restaurant experience is required.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
