A Beaker is a vessel used by bartenders to mix drinks. A Gray spoon is a high quality utensil used for plating and serving. Both are tools used by industry professionals who place emphasis on the quality of their product.

Beaker and Gray is a collaboration between Executive Chef Brian Nasajon and Bar Manager Ben Potts. Having grown up together, Brian and Ben shared a vision of creating a fertile environment for a team that works with them, not for them. They believe that their commitment to their staff will encourage their staff’s commitment to Beaker & Gray and its guests.

Beaker and Gray is looking for a highly motivated and passionate line cook. The line cook works directly with the Executive Chef and sous chefs in production and dinner service. Job features a diverse collection of culinary products, competitive pay, and paid vacation. Full scale production ranging from whole fish, exotic seafood, wagyu beef, organic eggs and dairy. Duties include preparation of stocks and sauces, grill, braise, confit, sautee various meats and vegetables. Fast paced dinner service, intricate plating, and room for growth.

Located in lively Wynwood, a Miami destination for tourists and locals. Close proximity to bus stops and street parking.
