Bg Florida State Parks in Dania, FL is looking for an individual to join our 34 person strong team. We are located on 6503 N Ocean Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
The Nest Eatery & Bar is a brand new high volume restaurant located in Osprey Point Golf Course in Boca Raton, FL. We are looking for Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers/Bussers to join our team! We are located on 12551 Glades Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers/Bussers

DEPARTMENT: Restaurant

REPORT TO: General Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for guest satisfaction, generate revenue in restaurant. Provide a clean and safe environment in the restaurant.

DUTIES

· · Turn on fryer, grill, and hood system

· Set up your 3 sink station, wash, rinse, and sanitizer station

· Set up your sanitizer bucket for your prep station with water and sanitizer solution

· Heating up all premade food for the day

· Grill chick and hamburgers for start of day

· Prep sandwich station with lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, pickles, cheese, chicken salad and coleslaw

· Prep lettuce for salads

· Set up wrap station with all wraps needed for the day

· Cook items has ordered by guests by using proper plating procedure

· Confirm order from cashier has been received

· Communicate with cashier on time of completion of order

· Sanitize each station after each order is prepared

· Hair Nets and Gloves are required at all times

· Change Gloves frequently

· Proper hand washing techniques before changing of gloves each time

· Label all opened stored products with open date and made date.

· Label all opened products with discard date

· Maintain proper rotation of all food products

· Break down each station at end of day

· Seal with clear wrap before storing in proper areas

· Sanitize all equipment, door handles and rubber seals during shift and again at end of shift

· Clean ice machine daily

· Sweep and mop entire kitchen floor

· Clean under all cabinets daily

· Inform Manager of low quantity of products

· Clean Fryers weekly

· Empty all grease catchers on hood system daily

· Clean grill pan daily

· Clean grill begin, during and end of shift

· Follow all required food handling guidelines
