Line Cooks
Private Golf Club looking for kitchen positions. The club is seasonal and not located near any public transportation.
We are looking for a qualified candidate who can execute the following skills:
Hot Line (Tuesday 9am to 6pm and Friday to Sunday 11:30 am to 9pm)
Grilling, sauteeing, and roasting. Must have experience in high end menu execution. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude. Some banquet experience is a plus.
Pantry ( Tuesdays 1oam to 6 pm and Friday to Sunday 4:30 to 9:30 pm)
Ability to make salads, sandwiches and some desserts from scratch. Must be organized and pay attention to details in food presentation.
