Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar in Boca Raton is looking for line cooks to join our growing team! Looking for 2 years minimum restaurant experience in a high volume location. Please apply here, or on site Monday-Friday from 3pm-5pm.

The Line Cook is responsible for the assembly of dishes and preparation support relating to the Rocco’s Tacos Restaurant recipes and specifications. The Line Cook is positioned and in charge of specific station(s) in BOH production. As a versatile member of the Rocco’s kitchen staff, the Line Cook may adopt additional preparatory duties during his/her shift and/or assist the Sous Chef in the completion of meals. The Line Cook maintains a safe and clean cooking environment and completes culinary duties, as directed. The Line Cook prepares a variety of foods, as preparatory or direct to customer products, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of cooking equipment and utensils. The Line Cook ensures he/she is fulfilling the demands of the Daily Prep List. The incumbent reports directly to the Executive Chef and requires an organized worker who possesses the ability to perform detailed tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic restaurant environment.

The Dishwasher performs general back of house (BOH) duties. The incumbent reports directly to the Executive Chef. He/She performs a variety of duties to enhance workflow, service procedures and processes. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, equipment, utensils and other kitchen paraphernalia through manual and machine cleaning methods. The position requires an organized worker who possesses the ability to perform detailed tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic restaurant environment.
