SEEKING HIGHLY MOTIVATED LINE COOKS, SERVERS, DISHWASHERS
AND JANITOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM

LINE COOK REQUIREMENTS

– Love for cooking!
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in the industry
– Knowledge of proper food storage, food spoilage, control foodborne illnesses
– Experience with supply and inventory
– Excellent knife skills
– Able to work calmly and consistently under pressure
– Able to lift 50 lbs.
– Able to stand and work as long as 10 hours a day
– Able to work under hot and stressful conditions
– Able to read, write and understand English
– Able to follow recipes and instructions
– Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
– Able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
– Be a team player
– Wear a mask and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
– Must be dependable, reliable and motivated
– Well groomed

SERVER REQUIEREMENTS

– Excellent customer service skills
– Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
– Knowledge in wine
– Understanding of restaurant etiquette
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations
– Experience in managing reservations
– Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
– Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
– Able to sweep, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, among others
– Able to follow rules and instructions
– Able to carry 50 lbs.
– Able to read, write and understand English – Spanish is a plus
– Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
– Able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
– Be a team player
– Wear a mask and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
– Must be dependable, reliable and motivated
– Well groomed

DISHWASHER REQUIREMENTS

– 3 months’ work experience preferred
– Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment
– Able to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
– Able to work effectively within a team
– Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
– Able to work in elevated temperatures and a wet environment
– Continuous use of hands and arms
– Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
– Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
– Able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
– Be a team player
– Wear a mask and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
– Must be dependable, reliable and motivated
– Well groomed

JANITOR REQUIREMENTS

– 6 months’ work experience preferred
– Able to sweep, mop, clean bathrooms and kitchen
– Able to maintain common areas and parking areas clean
– Able to carry 50 lbs.
– Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
– Able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
– Be a team player
– Wear a mask and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
– Must be dependable, reliable and motivated
– Well groomed
