We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Line/Fry Cooks & Prep/Salad Chefs responsible for preparing, cooking, and executing the daily foodservice menu in a fast-paced kitchen. Part-time and Full-time positions available with an immediate start date! Please send a resume to setup an interview!

Requirements include:
• 1-year prior experience in similar position required.
• Food handlers certificate required (or must be obtained at outset of employment).
• Must be familiar with basic cooking/grilling/prep techniques.
• Must be team oriented and have a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate willingness to learn new tasks.
• Must report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform.

Duties include:
• Following recipes and kitchen prep protocols for proteins, veggies, soups etc.
• Safely utilize all cooking equipment, knives, and slicing machines.
• Manage assigned workstation and assist with daily prep levels.
• Responsible for fulfillment of multiple/simultaneous guest orders.
• Properly clean/maintain all equipment, worktables, and spaces used throughout your shift.
• Support and participate in common teamwork with all kitchen colleagues.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
