Tactile Turn is a local manufacturer of high end pens. We’ve been in business 8 years and have a CNC machine shop where we make all metal pens designed to last a lifetime.
We are looking for someone to do email and phone customer service. The ideal candidate would have:
-1+ years of experience doing customer service work via email and phone.
-Ability to type 60+ WPM
-A clear and easy to understand speaking voice.
-Reliable transportation to and from work. This position requires working at our facility, not work from home.
Hours can be flexible, but they need to be consistent. We work Monday to Friday. If you want to come in from 7AM-3PM or 11AM to 7PM or anything in between, that is fine by me, but you must be consistent.
This is a 40 hour per week, full time job. Occasionally there will be need to do some overtime, but that won’t be too often.
We try to work with people to figure out what is best for them and can be flexible. You will be working for the owner of the company and he has high expectations for customer service because we are well known for good customer service.
We do a 30 day trial period with all new hires. If hired on after the trial period, you will receive full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 30 days.
