We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our Locksmith service office team .

Job description:

Answer phone calls and texts , Dispatch the technicians to the job sites, get their updates and help them manage the job until service is done. (managing between 20-50 jobs a day).

Full time/ part time position (2 different positions available)

Responsibilities:

•Be available to the cellphone while your shift.
•Managing the calls to the right technician on site and managing every call until its completed.
•Make sure jobs are being answered, being taking care of, and being completed.
•Be aware to any updates.
•provide assistance to field techs.
•manage office routine.

Skills and Qualifications:

•Fast respond.
•Good communication with people.
•Quality Costumer service provider.
•Basic “windows” and computer skills
•Multi task
