We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our Action Lock & Safe Team to manage our daily office routine.

Job description:
Answer phone calls and texts , Dispatch the technicians to the job sites, get their updates and help them manage the job until service is done. (managing between 20-50 jobs a day).

Responsibilities:
Managing the calls to the right technician on site and managing every call until its completed.
Make sure jobs are being answered, being taking care of, and being completed.
Be aware to any updates.

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
provide assistance to field techs.

Fast respond.

Basic “windows” and computer skills
Multi task
Have 2 years of locksmith experience
