We are a local moving company looking for a customer service representative. This job is high-intensity with a high amount of phone calls.

Must have previous CRP experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
Reliable! This is a full-time position, some Saturdays included.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
