Maintenance employee for commercial property

compensation: $15 per hour
employment type: part-time
We are looking for a part time maintenance person, from 8 am to 12 pm:

– must live close.
– We will provide with the machines and tools.
– 4 hours schedule, Monday-Friday.

Tasks
– daily cleaning
– garbage collection, change trash bags.
– Clean floors and walls with water pressure when appropriate
– Landscaping
– Show vacate stores.

Other eventual tasks:
– change ceiling times
– minor painting tasks
– some minor repair
