Have an opening for immediate Maintenance/Handyman. Must be experienced and have own tools and transportation. Skills include, minor plumbing, electrical , painting etc. This is a contractor position.
We are a residential property management company . Compensation can be hourly or by the job/task/work-order.
We need someone who will be able to devote all or most of his time to our work orders. It could be a part time or a full time position.
