The Regency Towers Association is seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the management of maintenance efforts at our 120 unit oceanfront condominium building including the physical aspects of the building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances and amenities. The Maintenance Supervisor handles the day to day maintenance functions while maintaining a safe and attractive environment for owners, guests and associates. This is a hands on position that will supervise a staff of at least 3.
Ensures property adheres to all regulatory and safety standards while keeping all mechanical, electrical, and structural documents up to date. Ability to work with GM to prepare and monitor maintenance budget. Performs other duties as assigned.

Some Requirements include; High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum three years of hotel or condo experience. Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance with troubleshooting skills. SC Certified Pool Operator preferred. Experience with general maintenance tools. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday. Develop plans for completing routine and preventative maintenance; coordinates work with other staff members.
