Description

Maintenance Tech perform various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the Resort. Looking for motivated individuals who can work on the following, but not limited to:

– Small appliances
– Fixtures
– Drywall
– Paint
– General plumbing

Must be a team player, able to trouble-shoot and work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– High School graduate or equivalent
– AC experience a plus
– Climb a ladder, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbs
– Bend, sit, kneel, lie horizontally, climb, walk
