We are seeking a Make Ready Technician with EXPERIENCE. Please stop by the property to turn in your resume and complete the application. You are welcome to walk the property and speak with Felix our Lead Maintenance.

Daily, and Weekly Routines:

Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists in regard to make-ready.

Painting and drywall repairs

Replace or repair windows, latches, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lights, etc.

Perform repair to sinks, bathtubs, and faucets, and replace if needed.

Check faucets, garbage disposals, and sink plugs, and repair/replace as necessary.

Check all appliances to make sure they are working properly.

Informed if resurfacing is needed to be able to schedule on time.

Make new keys when requested.

Share cleaning and grounds-keeping duties with all the maintenance staff.

Exterior pressure washing, and painting on slow days or when necessary.

Safe operation of Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.

Every other weekend be on call to share the emergency calls with Lead Maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
