We are a fast paced Allergy office looking to fill the position of a front desk Medical Receptionist. You must have excellent telephone and customer service skills, be proficient on the computer and possess the ability to multitask throughout the day. We are looking for a team player that would be able to cover vacation and sick days for coworkers as the given situations arise. This office is open 3 days a week. Wednesdays 10:30am-5pm, Thursdays 10:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm. Saturdays are open for 4 1/2 hours but you will paid for an 8 hour work day. We are looking for friendly and punctual individuals that are serious about working. Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is a must! Please email your resume.
