Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for handling all aspects of the job after the job is booked. This is a role where exceptional customer service is always the number one goal. Requirements:
– Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
– Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Previous CS experience is a MUST
– Previous experience in residential or commercial moving is preferred but not essential
– Confidence and excellent communication skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office
