Seeking talented, dedicated, clean and professional employees for a new Mexican restaurant in Darien. Positions include:

• Line Cooks & Line / Prep Cooks
• Counter Staff & Runners
• Dishwasher / Prep Cook

Requirements: Line Cooks / Prep Cooks / Dishwashers
– Minimum of 1 year cooking Mexican cuisine
– SERVE SAFE a plus (will be required)
– Clean, professional, responsible
– Upbeat attitude
– Team oriented and goal focused

Requirements: Counter Staff
– Minimum 1 Year customer service
– Strong problem solving skills
– Ability to have a dialogue & engage with customers
– Calm under pressure and level headed
– No drama, no attitude
– Upbeat personality
– Team oriented and goal focused
