NOW HIRING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Seeking qualified candidates for Administrative Assistant position.

You must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Windows).
You must have excellent skills with Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook.
You must be organized.
You must be able to communicate professionally over the phone, via email and in person.
You must be able to learn quickly – becoming versed in company protocols and policies.
We will train the right candidate expecting you to learn quickly.

You will conduct research.
You will schedule appointments.
You will coordinate deliveries, timelines, and other support activities to executives and managers.
You will run errands locally.
You will perform filing, sorting and clerical duties.
If you are bi-lingual (English and Spanish) you are a preferred candidate.
You will be paid based on experience.
You will work lots of hours. (40 hour a week people don’t bother to apply, we don’t want you)
You will have deadlines. (some of which will be unrealistic).
