Overtime is available regularly based on performance. •STARTING PAY: $13-15/hr for DRIVERS Depending on Experience and Position – Must have at least 1 year working experience in Moving, Delivery, Landscape, Construction, or Junk Removal •JUNK SHOT Employees are trained to give pricing presentations, operate Patent Pending Software JUNK SHOT 360, and how to properly dispose and/or recycle unwanted material from Homes, Apartments, and Businesses. •Employees are supplied with full uniform for each day worked, and are expected to maintain a professional appearance. Trucks are brand new and well maintained. QUALIFICATIONS: •MUST POSSESS A VALID CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH GOOD DRIVING HISTORY MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND CHECK!!! •Must have experience working for a service based company, or at least 1 year of Moving, Delivery, Landscape, Construction, Junk Removal or Management Experience •Must have excellent communication skills and professional appearance •Able to Operate Smartphone Applications •Able to follow Detailed Instructions, and make Critical Decisions on YOUR OWN •At least 18 Years of age ABOUT THE COMPANY: Accelerated Waste Solutions (AWS) is a niche Waste Recycling Firm started in 2008.
