Overview:

NPC Auto Parts is a family-owned business that has been operating in the Houston area for almost 20 years. We are looking for a proactive office administrator. If you consider yourself a quick learner, effective communicator, and excellent team player, this role is for you! This is a job inside the office and we will provide training.

Job Description:
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Performs other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

MUST BE BILINGUAL (English & Spanish)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary
Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
No experience required; training will be provided for all successful candidates
Ability to work independently and with a team
Knowledge of vehicle’s makes and models is a plus, but not necessary
Excellent team and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Detailed, organized, and self-motivated
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multi-task
