CRC Concrete Raising and Repair is hiring again. We are a high volume professional concrete raising and Repair company and are in need of an experienced office manager and customer service/administrative specialist for our office. This person must be a high-energy, ambitious individual with common sense and problem solving capabilities. Ideal candidate will have the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails and paperwork.
Critical Tasks & Responsibilities:
Professionally handle a high volume of incoming requests from customers.
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and enter it into the information system.
Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
Address customer complaints.
Communicate with sales force and crews in the field.
Schedule estimates and or sales calls.
Required Competencies and Qualifications:
Works quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
Must read and write English fluently.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Computer/Microsoft Office skills.
