Immediate Opening- We are a semi seasonal operation looking for full time position during the months of March – December. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am – 4pm, Saturday 7am – 12pm (every Sat during busy season (approx April – Aug), and switching to alternating Saturdays thereafter. We are looking for someone to return annually.

We are in need of a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a small office that supports 3 businesses and requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. In addition to the administrative aspect it is a position that requires handling customer inquiries, foot traffic customer sales, and phone sales. Some duties include: Answer & Direct Phone calls, Take orders & Organize and Schedule Deliveries & Estimates, Effectively Describe and Sell Products & Services in addition to all the administrative tasks that facilitate all the aspects of the business.


Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook, in particular)
Familiarity with accounting software helpful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficient in Basic Mathematical Skills
Typing Speed 40 wpm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
