Description

We are a family owned Electrical Contractor located in Boynton Beach. Looking for a detail-oriented office assistant/service coordinator to join our team! This is a perfect opportunity to work within a team environment where you will play a key role.

Construction experience a must – Electrical preferred!!!!!!

You must have strong interpersonal, organizational, computer and customer service skills, as well as be a fast learner and quick thinker.

Some job duties included but not limited to:
• Answers the telephone in a professional manner, determines the nature of the call, and directs caller to appropriate team member or department.
• Dispatch electricians to service calls
• Track/manage service calls that are pending so they may be scheduled
• Receive and review information from service customers
• Confirm service calls appointments for next business day.
• Perform administrative duties such as saving and creating files in company share drive, distributing updates to customers, scanning, and proofreading of documents

Qualifications:
• Available to work- Full time- Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• Phone Etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills
• Can multitask
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe
• Excellent communication skills and follow-up
• Energetic, Friendly with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude

• Paid holidays after 90-day probational period.

• Paid Vacation after 1 year of employment
• Salary negotiable depending on experience. ($14.00 to $16.00 an hour.)
