Small Company owner is looking to hire a right-hand person to assist in day-to-day administrative functions. The person desired is someone who radiates positive energy and that wants to work beside me as an important team member to support our company vision and growth initiatives. This person has traits of being loyal, dependable and self-motivated. This position requires:
o QuickBooks (Data Entry)
o Experience in using Microsoft Office Products: Word /Excel /Outlook/ Powerpoint
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Min. 2 years of Office Administrative Experience desired
o Strong Organization Skills and detailed-Oriented

We Offer:
35 – 40 Hour Workweek
Paid Vacation/Paid Holidays / Health Coverage /Dental /Vision
Normal Office Hours 9 – 5 p.m. Mon – Fri.
